Karate Mermaids

From power poles I moved on to karate mermaids, since my youngest daughter was in the middle of a fixation with the Australian T.V. series ”H2O”. 

We were both training in Seido karate. Some of my friends and senpai at the Wellington dojo were brave enough to pose for me. It’s a harsh place, the Big Deep, so I’m pretty sure defensive skills are very useful. I love the energy that each person brings to the movement of karate, making the art a part of them, themselves a part of the art.
