“This is my happy meditation space. I like to imagine I’m up the side of a nice quiet mountain somewhere. Everyone is busy doing their thing somewhere else & right now I get to take a break & just breathe. The light comes down through the trees, through the canopy. I can hear water/brook somewhere. I’m sitting on a worn stone, there’s moss around here, through half-closed eyes I see dappled light falling on the forest floor.”  ~Paula
